• This cozy duplex home is 2 levels with one unit on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor,
• City quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this home
• Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
• There will be an extra cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. To be determined by cleaning staff. Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
• NO PARTIES: Policy include serious consequences for guests who attempt to violate these rules, varying from account suspension to full removal from the platform. In 2021, over 6,600 guests were suspended from a platform for attempting to violate their party ban.
• There is a late checkout charge of $250 for every hour late after check out time of 10am, unless host gives a complimentary check out .
• Please note that if you are under 25, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.
• No Smoking is allowed inside the home. There is a $300 penalty.
• By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home. We are not responsible for items left behind. If you have a question or concern, please message us. Our priority is in creating a 5-star experience.
• By agreeing to the house rules, you agree to let our team members enter the unit to fix any issues that arise on the property with at least a 12 hour notice and without your consent. I.E. - WiFi issues, water heating, plumbing, security cameras disconnected/troubleshooting, etc.

• For your security, before given access code to door we will need to verify your identity. A government issued ID if required at least two days before arrival. Agreement to house rules required.
• At least 30 minutes before your 4pm check in time we will text you the electronic door code. For your additional door security, note that there is a security Ring doorbell by the door that records voice and video.
